With our app, you can access a weekly free illustrated workout "Your Daily MOCA!" and follow along with video.

To create your session, simply choose from a list of pre-made circuits for your warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.

Each session lasts 28 minutes, and you can select between two types of workouts: one focused on muscle endurance and the other on HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
