In today’s sedentary world, the risk of chronic diseases is alarmingly high. We emphasise the importance of preventive habits to help reduce this particular risk, with movement as our primary tool. Our solutions, including Motion Cards and MO'CA App, are rooted in the General Physical Preparation methodology. We offer short workouts that require minimal equipment and space, allowing you to train effectively anywhere while fitting seamlessly into your busy schedule. Additionally, you can follow our workshops, connect with others in the MO'CA community through shared experiences on our MO'CA App, Instagram, or Facebook page.

Meet the team
Jon | The Founder
Jon, born into a French family immersed in yoga, is a trained osteopath and physical educator with a holistic understanding of the human body. He practises martial arts, yoga, and conditioning. Jon operates his own practice, Jon In Motion, in Hong Kong and is the CEO of MO’CA Training Limited.
