MO'CA WORKSHOPS

Are you struggling to plan your weekly training and to workout on your own?

We offer one-on-one and small group workshops designed to help you develop a self-training routine using our MO'CA Tools.

Each workshop lasts three hours, divided into three one-hour sessions, and covers essential training concepts, proper exercise techniques, and ways to incorporate these practices into your daily life.

Our goal is to foster autonomy and confidence in your training, enabling you to workout at home or on the go with minimal equipment and time commitment.

Please note that slots are limited, and workshops are currently available in-person only in Hong Kong, Discovery Bay.
